Enjoy a radio play broadcast "live" from the former home to Sir Wilfrid Laurier
and William Lyon Mackenzie King. Have tea and dessert on the veranda of
this unique residence and enjoy comedy and music of the 1940's. Included
in the price of admission is a guided tour through the house. Call for
reservations.

Rideau Canal World Heritage Site Presents

"Ghosts and Echoes of the Rideau"

Watch over 175 years of ghosts, legends, folklore and history of the Rideau
Canal as the Parks Canada Players present "Ghosts and Echoes of the
Rideau" every Saturday afternoon. Performed in the former St. Brigid's
Church, a church built by many of those who built the canal. For those who
enjoyed last year's "Spirits Rising", this years collection of ghosts will be
even bigger! Enjoy ghosts and legends in the surroundings of this Gothic
structure.

Ghosts in the garden? Watch over 175 years of ghosts, legends, folklore and
history of the Rideau Canal as the Parks Canada Players present "Ghosts
and Echoes of the Rideau" every Friday afternoon in the garden of the former
home to Canada's first Prime Minister Sir. John A. Macdonald. Have tea and
refreshments and watch history come to life.

Fort Wellington National Historic Site Presents

"Shadows of the Fort"

The popular "Shadows of the Fort" series is back again with a brand new
show! Each year Fort Wellington hosts this theatrical series, this year be
taken back to the 1800's and witness what happens when a snake-oil
salesman and a travelling troupe of actors arrive at the fort. Who says you
can't throw tomatoes anymore? Added to the evening is a candle-lit telling of
Spook Hill in the underground bunker of the fort. Don't miss it!
